I used to be located in the UK and traded forex online regularly with many European based Forex brokers.

Then I relocated to the USA with my company and when I went to the same brokers, I was either rejected by them or required to complete a W-9 Form which meant me losing huge taxes on any forex profit.

The reason most European forex companies reject American Forex traders is because if they are regulated in Europe, they generally don't have or need the USA regulation, but equally are restricted to not obtaining USA forex traders.

So in my quest I have now found the perfect solution to avoid the taxation.

You need to firstly open up a free account here, this will give you a free no credit check MasterCard, you basically load the account from whatever source and then fund your forex trades, this also works for Nigeria as I know a lot of Nigerians have issues funding forex accounts with a credit card from Nigeria.

2) The only broker I found that was unregulated but trusted because of the length of time in the Forex industry was liteforex. However, I made an application to them and it was rejected as I was a USA client....then I found they have an offshore division Liteforex South Africa, i basically visited their site and signed up through their offshore division. My application was successful and I am now merrily trading again and making money without having to give my profits to the IRS.
